The Nightcrawler

Something is being caught on tape in Fresno California. And has been given the nickname "Night crawler". The Nightcrawler is known by two videos both taken by security cameras. It appears to be wearing a cape of some sort, it was about  four feet tall, had no visible arms, and they both walked with long strides. Both the Videos look like they are of the same creature.
