Moa

The Giant Moa was said hunted to extinction in the 1600s but   some People believe the moa  is not extinct. After multiple sightings the moa became a cryptid. Moas were 12 feet tall so they probably couldn't be mistaken for any other bird. An artist who was visiting New Zealand had said he had seen giant kiwis with spurred feet.
