Big Bird (Cryptid)

No we are not talking about the peaceful big bird in sesame street. We are talking about a giant bird that is attacking people in the Rio Grande river. The big bird has been described two different ways. it has monkey like characteristics and can stand up right. Or more like a bird and can fly. One man said he heard flapping and he looked just in time to see it grab and rip his shirt. A family saw one standing upright and found footprints. What do you think? Real or fake?
