Puerto Rican Chupacabra

In Puerto Rica a chupacabra with reptilian features is hunting livestock. It is described as green, scaly, spikes running down its spine and walking like a dog it is also completely hairless. That description might have been exaggerated, because though bodies of Puerto Rican chupacabras where found but none had spikes or reptilian features. Sightings are frequent but only one photo has been taken of a live one.
