Darwin IV

I know that this is a cryptid blog, But no creatures are as strange and bazaar as the ones featured in Wayne Douglass Barlow's novel Expedition. The idea of Darwin IV started with one creature and using Darwin's theories of evolution a entire world was created. The idea of Darwin IV has been seen in the cryptid world as a example of how possible alien life is. Recently a heavy metal band called Darwin IV was inspired by the idea of Darwin IV and wrote a song called "The Expedition"Click this link to hear the song. Expedition remains one of my favorite books. It will continue to be an important work in cryptozoology forever.
